Host part:
The fuselage consists of an upper beam, a movable beam, a lower beam, and four columns. The cylinder block is made of forging No. 45. Piston rod 50 # forged steel ion nitriding. The hardness is HRC45-50.
The main cylinder adopts a piston structure, and the cylinder body is made of high-quality carbon steel forgings.
The column is made of 45 # medium carbon steel, tempered and hardened, with a hard chromium coating thickness of 0.04mm~0.05mm.
Hydraulic control system
The hydraulic system mainly consists of pumps, valve blocks, filling valves, filtration systems, pipelines, etc., and is controlled by an electrical control system to control various hydraulic press actions.
The main oil pump of the hydraulic system is the servo system oil pump, and the pilot valve is the Shandong Jining Taifeng series valve, which improves the stability and reliability of hydraulic operation.
The hydraulic control system adopts a bidirectional plug-in valve integrated system.
The filling circuit of the hydraulic system adopts a normally closed filling valve.
The oil pump electric unit and hydraulic control valve group of the hydraulic control system are arranged in sequence on the oil tank plane.
Electrical control system
The electrical control system is divided into two parts: the power system and the control system. The high-power motor adopts star delta voltage reduction method for starting, and the power supply is three-phase four wire system, AC380V,50HZ, The voltage of the pilot solenoid valve is DC DC24V.
